Service Agreement 

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Astrology Magic (“Church,” “Organization,” or “Company”) and the Participant (“Client” or “Donor”) upon purchase of the Higher Self Healing Codes course (“Program”). By purchasing and enrolling in the Program, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided 

Astrology Magic provides access to the Higher Self Healing Codes, a 3-part course focused on astrology, self-concept work, and transformative tools to help Clients align with their highest self.

 • The Program includes lifetime access to the course materials, including guided lessons, community features, and other specified bonuses (e.g., access to the Cosmic Co-Creatrix community for one year).

 • Additional services, such as personalized support or coaching, may be offered separately and are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Donation-Based Participation 

Astrology Magic is a spiritual organization operating as a church focused on helping individuals connect to their higher selves through astrology, self-concept work, and spiritual tools.

 • The payment for the Higher Self Healing Codes is a donation to support the mission and spiritual teachings of Astrology Magic.

 • Donations are non-refundable and directly fund the Church’s ability to provide programs, workshops, and community resources.

 • By contributing, the Donor acknowledges that this payment is made in good faith to support the Church’s spiritual mission.

3. Client/Donor Responsibilities 

To achieve the best results, the Donor acknowledges that:

 • Success depends on their personal efforts, participation, and implementation of the tools and techniques provided in the Program.

 • The Program is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

4. Payment and Refund Policy 

 • The suggested donation for the Program is $888 USD.

 • All donations are final and non-refundable, as they represent a contribution to the Church’s spiritual mission and teachings.

 • Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full, regardless of whether the Donor completes or participates fully in the Program.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees 

 • Astrology Magic makes no guarantees regarding specific results from the Program. Outcomes are highly individualized and dependent on the Donor’s unique circumstances and efforts.

 • While the Program is designed for personal growth and transformation, Astrology Magic does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, emotional, or psychological conditions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights 

 • All content within the Program, including videos, workbooks, prompts, and supplemental materials, are the sole property of Astrology Magic.

 • The Donor is granted a single, non-transferable license to use the Program materials for personal purposes only.

 • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of Program content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability 

 • Astrology Magic, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the Donor’s participation in the Program.

 • The Program is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Donors are advised to consult appropriate professionals for specific concerns outside the scope of the Program.

8. Confidentiality 

 • The Donor agrees to respect the confidentiality of other participants in the Cosmic Co-Creatrix community.

 • Astrology Magic will not disclose personal information shared during the Program without the Donor’s prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination 

 • Astrology Magic reserves the right to terminate a Donor’s access to the Program and associated communities if the Donor violates any terms of this Agreement, including intellectual property misuse or inappropriate behavior within the community spaces.

10. Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Astrology Magic is registered.

11. Spiritual Organization Clause 

 • Astrology Magic operates as a spiritual church dedicated to helping individuals align with their highest selves through astrology, self-concept work, and personal transformation.

 • Donations made to the Church, including the suggested contribution for this Program, support the continuation of its mission and teachings.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance 

By purchasing and participating in the Higher Self Healing Codes Program, the Donor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
